Whooaaa! Marshall Gummer and Judith Jakab-Conrad are
finishing the preparations for the upcoming appraisal clinic
for vintage toys antiques and collectibles. Proceeds from the
appraisal clinic on April 11-12 will go to Easter Seals Ontario.
April 11-12 is the last chance to help the people at Twindmills raise money for charity through their current antique appraisal clinics.
For three consecutive months the busy people at the stained glass studio and antiques and collectibles market have been hosting antique road show style appraisal clinics and donating the proceeds to charity.
This month Easter Seals gets the nod, as accredited appraisers take a look at your vintage and childhood toys, antiques and collectibles. Only $5 will buy you an estimate on that favourite old toy or keepsake. If you can’t decide what to bring, have three items evaluated for $10 – knowing that all of the money you pay goes to charity.
The Saturday clinic runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and the Sunday appraisals are from noon - 4 p.m.
While you’re there see if you can find the displays featuring bunny and egg themes.
Twindmills is at the corner of Purdy Rd. and Big Apple Drive just of 401 in Cramahe Township.
Bob, Thanks for all your support and coverage of Twindmills charity fundraising events. Your new venture Cramahe Now is much needed and I'm sure will be a huge success!!
