Young Chelsea Bertrand is probably not local in the strictest sense, but her great grandparents, Lyle and Amy Honey sure qualify. Chelsea was visiting from Cornwall and was one of the artists at the Open Mike on Friday, September 4 at the Auction Barn Jamboree in Colborne.
