The wind turbine at ENSS was officially launched on June 15 in a brief ceremony.Teacher Gwen McConkey was the spearhead of the project. She thanked the many people and organizations which assisted with the project which took 2 1/2 years to complete.
She praised the ENSS staff and students for turning the secondary school into a green one, This is the fifth turbiine to operate at on Ontario school.
